Radish Stuffed Cherry Tomatoes

18 cherry tomatoes

½ c chopped radishes

2 TBsp chopped toasted almonds

2 TBsp mayonnaise

1 TBsp minced fresh parsley

1 tsp grated onion

Cut a thin slice off the top of each tomato. Scoop out and discard pulp. Place tomatoes, cut sides down on paper towels to drain.

 In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Spoon into tomatoes. Refrigerate until serving.
