TOMATO SOUP SALAD DRESSING

1 (10 3/4 ounce) can tomato soup, undiluted

1 c salad oil

3⁄4 c vinegar

3⁄4 c sugar

1 TBsp Worcestershire sauce

1 TBsp onion, finely minced

1 TBsp paprika

1 tsp prepared mustard

1 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

In your blender, simply mix undiluted soup, salad oil, vinegar, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, onion, paprika, mustard, salt and pepper. Mix well. Cover and chill in refrigerator.

Stir well before using. Makes 4 cups

 Add an assortment of raw chopped vegetables to the dressing to make a quick salad or marinate your vegetables in the dressing for a make-ahead salad time saver. Suggested vegetables include - cauliflower, carrots, red onion, broccoli, radishes, celery, and cucumbers.  Another option is to add cooked pasta 1.e., farfalle or fusilli.
