AMM is held each year and is when the financial statements for the previous year are presented. Report of the auditor and election of Directors. And the appointment of the Auditor for the following year.
This is also when new projects are typically proposed by members.

The Special Members Meeting (Budget) is when the Board of Directors will present the budget for the current year. This is also typically when proposed projects will be voted upon.
Elections of members to the By-law, Policy and Review Committee as well as the Elections Committee take place at this Special Members Meeting.
All voting members of HYC will receive a meeting notice via email letting them know the date and time along with an agenda, any additional documents and a reminder for proxy voting.
