Here you will find forms needed for a variety of procedures at HYC.

Any member wishing to change the vessel they have docked at HYC needs to first get approval from the Harbourmaster. Complete this form to submit your request.

Crew Membership Application «CLICK HERE»
For existing Senior Members who wish to sponsor someone for Crew Membership under their membership.
Please provide this form to the individual you wish to sponsor. The applicant is responsible for completing and submitting the form.
Once the application is received, a representative from the Membership Committee will contact the applicant to arrange an information tour of the club. Following the tour, the application will be presented to the Membership Committee for consideration.

This form is to be used to nominate a member of HYC for a position in the next HYC Elections.

Any member seeking reimbursement for money spent, with approval, for HYC expenses needs to complete this form and submit it to the appropriate Director. The online expense form is the preferred method and will result in faster reimbursement.

Members who wish to use the club’s Great Hall for a private event needs to get confirmation from the Social Director by using the Great Hall booking form.

Applying for a Joint Membership? There are two forms that must be completed before your application can be considered by the Membership Committee.
Form # 1 Joint Membership Request Form «CLICK HERE» – completed by the existing member.
Form # 2 Joint Membership Application Form «CLICK HERE» – completed by the person applying.
Both forms must be submitted before the application can be presented to the Membership Committee for review. Completing both forms helps ensure your application can be processed without unnecessary delays.

Maintenance form online «CLICK HERE»
If you notice something around the club that needs attention—such as a loose dock board, leaking hose connection, faulty tap, or any other maintenance issue—please complete the online Maintenance Request Form.
Submitting the form sends your request directly to the Rear Commodore and Harbourmaster, ensuring it is received, tracked, and addressed much more quickly than if it is only recorded in the Officer of the Day log.

Any member who will not be able to attend a meeting is able to assign their vote to a proxy following the rules set out in the club’s Bylaws, policies & procedures.
Form is sent out to members for the specific meeting.
